Dr. Chaoliang Tan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering (EE) at City University of Hong Kong (CityU), HKSAR, China. He received his PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in 2016. After working as a Research Fellow in the same place for about one year, then he worked as a Postdoc Research Fellow at University of California, Berkeley for two years. He was an Assistant Professor at City University of Hong Kong from 2020 to 2023 before joining HKU.
