Prof. Jinhong Guo is a full professor in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China and executive dean of Chongqing Medical University, China. He focuses on biosensor devices, conducting interdisciplinary research that spans microelectronics, clinical medicine, artificial intelligence, and computer science. He has published over 200 papers in top international journals in the sensing field, including Nature Electronics, Angewandte Chemie, and the IEEE Transactions series, with 15 papers listed as highly cited by ESI. His work has been cited approximately 7,000 times, with an H-index of 48, and he has authored three monographs. He has applied for over 100 national invention patents, with 50 granted, achieving technology transfer that has resulted in the approval of over 30 Class II and III medical device registration certificates. He received the First-Class Award for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Chinese Society of Optical Engineering (ranked first, 2023). He serves as a guest editor for IEEE Transactions, IEEE JBHI, Analyst, and Cyborg and Bionic Systems, and is on the editorial boards of Biosensors and Bioelectronics:X and Health Nanotechnology.
