Shengli Zhang, professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering and the Greit Institute at Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST), China. His research focuses on two-dimensional semiconductor materials, nanophotonic materials, and novel functional devices. He addresses key scientific challenges related to post-Moore electronic materials and devices, using an interdisciplinary approach that combines materials science, physics, chemistry, and electronics. Prof. Zhang has published 64 SCI papers, including in journals such as Advanced Materials, Angewandte Chemie, and Nano Letters. His research has been cited over 6,700 times, with an H-index of 34. He has received several honors, including the Jiangsu Province "Six Talents Peak" high-level talent award and the Jiangsu Province "Qinglan Project" young academic leader award. He has led numerous research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and serves as a reviewer for several prestigious journals, including IEEE Electronic Devices Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, and ACS Nano.
