Dr. Ahmad Aburayya is an assistant professor, business management specialist, trainer, and researcher working in the area of business and service administration. Ahmad holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (Business Management) and completed his doctorate in business and operations management at Teesside University, United Kingdom. Furthermore, Dr. Ahmad has a high Diploma in business information management "informatics" from Epic University USA and the American Board in Lean Six Sigma. Dr. Ahmad is a specialist in smart business analysis research (Neural-Network & Artificial Intelligence) using advanced statistical systems such as Smart-PLS, SPSS, LISREL, and IMOS. Dr. Ahmad has published more than 55 research articles from 2020–2021 in several highly impacted international journals (Scopus, ISI, and Web of Science) in many fields of business and service management. Dr. Ahmad is leading the academic editorial board for several academic research awards, including the Authority Chairman Award in Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship. In addition, he is an academic editorial board member and chief reviewer of several international Scopus-indexed journals (Q1-SRJ). Dr. Ahmad was heading the research academic unit in the Dubai government. Dr. Ahmad was awarded the Best Paper Award by Springer in 2021. Furthermore, He is the editor of the book chapter "Artificial Intelligence in Education: The Power and Dangers of ChatGPT in the Classroom", Springer 2023. Dr. Ahmad has served in multi-business research projects (More than 10) funded by the University of Sharjah, Dubai Health Authority, and Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship to serve the UAE community with an estimated budget of 250,000 UAE Dirham.
