Bio:
Sheng Liu earned his Ph.D. from Nankai University in 2012. He served as a postdoctoral researcher, assistant researcher, and associate professor at Nankai University from 2013 to 2023, and has held the position of professor since 2024. He has published over 100 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals, with more than 7,000 citations. Dr. Liu's primary research areas include new energy materials and chemical power sources, specifically lithium-sulfur batteries, high-energy-density power lithium-ion batteries and solid-state/semi-solid-state lithium metal batteries. His research is characterized by the specific adsorption on metal lithium anodes.
