Sheng Li received his Ph.D. in 2005 from the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Currently, he is a Professor at the School of Computer Sciences, Peking University, and serves as the Deputy Director of the Graphics and Interaction Lab. He has an extensive publication record, with over 50 papers appearing in prestigious international journals and conferences, including ACM Transactions on Graphics (SIGGRAPH), IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics (TVCG), Computer Graphics Forum (CGF), Conference on IEEE Virtual Reality (VR), CVPR, etc. Sheng Li's innovative work has led to the filing of more than 50 invention patents in both China and the United States, and nearly 20 of these patents have been successfully transferred. Notably, he has been actively contributing to the academic community by consistently publishing and presenting his research in the journal track of IEEE VR conferences and IEEE TVCG. One of his papers was nominated for the Best Paper Award at IEEE VR 2021, and he received the Best Paper Award at the 39th Computer Graphics International Conference (CGI 2022).
