Nguyen Cong Luong is currently the senior lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science, Phenikaa University, Vietnam. He received the B.S. degree and the M.S. degre from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Vietnam, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institut Galilée – Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, France. His research interest includes resource allocation and security management in the next generation networks.
