Dr. Chanachok Chokwitthaya is an engineering professional specializing in the field of building performance, energy consumption, and occupant behavior. Holding a Ph.D. in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, Dr. Chokwitthaya’s research ambitiously bridges the gap between advanced computational simulation and practical applications within the built environment. As a Senior Research Engineer at Umeå University, he leads pivotal projects in urban virtual reality simulation, notably contributing to EU scale projects, namely the AURORAL and BTC-ENUTC.
