University of Valencia (UV) (1999), she won the Extraordinary Prize of her promotion. During her pre-doctoral stage, she was granted with a 4-years research grant from the Spanish Government (FPI), developing her work in the Artec group of Robotics Institute at the UV. She obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in the doctoral program "Information Technology, Computing and Communication" of the UV (2001). Later she was Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science of the UV for 4 years. She studied the Master in Administration and Project Management of UV and Polibienestar (2011). She is currently a Researcher in the Artec group of the Robotics Institute (UV), where she has collaborated in more than 20 projects, with funding both form the Spanish or European government and from private companies. She is an expert in Advanced Multimodal Interfaces, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality applications, Educational Graphic tools for people with learning difficulties, as well as in the simulation and animation of Virtual Characters for Interactive Environments. In the recent years, she was involved in several European projects related with education and people with learning difficulties (IVRAP, TTAA, ARBIT and EMPOWER)
