Qualifications:
• Hold a PhD in a field related to materials, engineering, medicine, information sciences, biology, or a related interdisciplinary field.
• Be a passionate scholar with at least 10 high-quality publications in international journals (as first/corresponding author) over the past 3 years.
• Experience as reviewer/editor for SCI-indexed journals is preferred.
• A record of research with proven international academic impact is preferred.
• Generally under the age of 45.

Responsibilities:
• Peer Review: Participate in the peer review process to ensure professionalism, fairness, and efficiency in manuscript evaluations;
• Manuscript Contribution & Recommendation: Submit one or recommend two high-level research articles during the term;
• Academic Engagement: Participate in BMEH-organized academic events such as conferences, webinars, and author talks to foster academic collaboration;
• Special Issue and Feature Column Development: Propose Special Issue topics and participate in their planning and execution to strengthen the journal’s scholarly leadership;
• Promotion: Leverage personal academic networks and social media to increase the visibility and global reach of the journal.
