Jin has 9 years of experience in academic publishing. With extensive editorial expertise, she ensures the strategic direction and overall quality of our publications. Jin is passionate about open access and works tirelessly to expand our journal portfolio and enhance our global reach.
Tien and her team are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in manuscript handling, ensuring adherence to COPE's best practice guidelines. With over 6 years of experience in academic publishing, she oversees the entire workflow, from submission to publication, guaranteeing that all published articles meet rigorous ethical and quality standards.
Mila heads our production department, overseeing the critical stages of manuscript preparation, including editing, typesetting, proofreading, DOI registration, archiving, and online publication. With over 5 years of experience in academic publishing and extensive technical skills, Mila ensures that every article is polished and presented to the highest standards.
Sara Gao and her team are committed to fostering and managing relationships with international academic institutions, scholars, and journal Editors. She and her team play a crucial part in promoting collaboration and enhancing the publisher's global presence.
Sun leads our technical department, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the journal websites and submission systems. With a background in computer science and over 10 years of experience in IT management, Sun ensures that our platforms are user-friendly, secure, and continuously improved to meet the needs of authors, readers, reviewers, and Editors.
