Thermo-X Showcased at iTherM2025 in Shenzhen
From December 3 to 5, 2025, the Thermo-X editorial team participated in the 6th Thermal Management Industry Conference & Expo (iTherM2025) in Shenzhen, China. Jointly organized by DT New Materials and iTherM, the event brought together leading scholars, technical experts, and industry representatives to explore emerging trends and technological advances in thermal management across sectors including advanced packaging, semiconductors, AI computing, new energy, and aerospace.
