CBM Featured at the 7th National Conference on Biomedical Data Mining and Computing (BMDMC2025)

On December 5-8, 2025, the 7th National Conference on Biomedical Data Mining and Computing (BMDMC2025) was successfully held in the historic city of Xi'an, hosted by the China Society of Bioinformatics, co-organized by the Biomedical Data Mining and Computing Committee of the China Society of Bioinformatics and Xi'an Jiaotong University (School of Basic Medical Sciences and Office of Discipline Planning and Development).

The editorial office of Computational Biomedicine (CBM) was honored to be invited by the Conference General Chair and Editor-in-Chief of CBM, Professor De-Shuang Huang, to participate throughout the event and witness this remarkable academic gathering, which brought together leading experts from across China in the interdisciplinary fields of bioinformatics, medicine, and computer science.

As one of the key supporting partners of the conference, CBM showcased the journal's latest developments and future plans during the event. The editorial team also introduced CBM's strategic vision in supporting original research, fostering young scholars, promoting open-access dissemination, and advancing international collaboration.

CBM Established Best Poster Award to Encourage Innovative Research and Promote Academic Exchange

To inspire young scholars to continue exploring key challenges at the intersection of life sciences and computational technologies, CBM proudly sponsored 3 Best Poster Awards at BMDMC conference.

During the award ceremony, General Chair and CBM Editor-in-Chief Professor De-Shuang Huang, Secretary-General Professor Chunhou Zheng, Program Committee Chairs Professor Daming Zhu and Professor Bin Liu, together with Program Committee Member Professor Zhuohong You, presented certificates to the award recipients. The committee highly recognized the outstanding research achievements and encouraged young researchers to continue pursuing original and groundbreaking work in the field of computational biomedicine.
